Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Austin, TX)

Fernwood River Financial serves customers across Austin with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Austin. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory reports. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
