Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Austin, TX)

Summit Rook Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Austin, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance stores. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
