Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Austin, TX)

Cedar Willow Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Austin, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on parts orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
