Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Atlanta, GA)

Harborlight Ivory Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Atlanta. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 191 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient education. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
