Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Thistle Learning Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 328 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on attendance records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
