Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Albuquerque, NM)

Summit Corner Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Albuquerque, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 319 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on materials orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
