Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Albuquerque, NM)

Summit Sable Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Albuquerque region, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
