Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Wichita, KS)

Rivermark Birch Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Wichita. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on budget submissions. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
