Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Wichita, KS)

Nova Mill Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Wichita with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
