Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Meadow Pharma Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 122 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on release testing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
