Foxglove Quarry Farms is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grower contracts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
