Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tucson, AZ)

Harborlight Cobalt Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Tucson, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 118 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
