Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Summit Cobalt Auto Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
