Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tucson, AZ)

Lumen Wren Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Tucson. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
