Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tucson, AZ)

Greenridge Willow Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Tucson region. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 809 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on subcontractor invoices. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
