Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tucson, AZ)

Rivermark Lakeside Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Tucson with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on caregiver training. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
