Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tucson, AZ)

Silverline Thistle Press is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for proofing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proofing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
