Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Vista Water Authority Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on water quality. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
