Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tucson, AZ)

Bright Meridian Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Tucson region, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on packing house output. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
