Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tucson, AZ)

Foxglove Yarrow Banking Services Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 915 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on branch operations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
