Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tucson, AZ)

Fernwood Willow Learning Group is an education provider in Tucson serving students and families, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 743 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on attendance records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
