Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tucson, AZ)

Lumen Wren Telecom is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 58 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tickets. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
