Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tucson, AZ)

Harborlight Linden Facilities is a facilities company in Tucson with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleaning schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
