Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tucson, AZ)

Nova Cross Civic Services supports public agencies in Tucson with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on public records. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
