Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Toledo, OH)

Bright Junction Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Toledo. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent assistance. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
