Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Toledo, OH)

Amberfield Union Health is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
