Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Nova Haven Insurance and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
