Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tampa, FL)

Nova Ember Markets Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on online orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
