Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Tampa, FL)

Lumen Pike Markets serves neighbourhoods around Tampa with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on promotions. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
