Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (St. Louis, MO)

Foxglove Nest Financial Partners serves customers across St. Louis with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor spend. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
