Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Oak Banking Services and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan files. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
