Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Spokane, WA)

Cedar Sable Staffing Partners is a Spokane staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with candidate screening. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
