Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Spokane, WA)

Northwind Timber Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Spokane region. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on project schedules. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
