Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Junction Community Partners and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food distribution. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
