Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Seattle, WA)

Amberfield Vale Property Management looks after rental homes across the Seattle area. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 677 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on unit turnovers. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
