Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Seattle, WA)

Nova Ridge Insurance Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
