Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Seattle, WA)

Foxglove Haven Markets is a Seattle retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on online orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with online orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
