Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Ridge Auto Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on warranty claims. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
