Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Seattle, WA)

Foxglove North Community Partners is a nonprofit in Seattle supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grant reporting. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
