Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Seattle, WA)

Redstone Nest Community Partners is a nonprofit in Seattle supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client intake. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
