Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Seattle, WA)

Lumen Basin Civic Services Group works with county and city offices around Seattle, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on procurement. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
