Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Seattle, WA)

Lumen Junction Manufacturing is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tooling. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
