Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Seattle, WA)

Clearpath Vista Water Authority Group operates treatment plants and pipelines around Seattle, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pipe repairs. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
