Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Savannah, GA)

Fernwood Rowan Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Savannah serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account openings. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
