Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (San Jose, CA)

Bluepeak Rowan Care Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
