Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (San Diego, CA)

Nova Linden Legal Group provides legal services in San Diego across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
