Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Iron Pharma and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
