Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Iron Staffing and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on temp assignments. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with temp assignments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
