Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Union Banking Services and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on branch operations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
