Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Salt Lake City, UT)

Silverline Ivory Freight is a Salt Lake City logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loads and lanes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
